Since my graduation in 2010, I have worked as a therapist with people facing very a wide range of challenges such as depression, anxieties, losses, traumas, new limits, etc, but also with happiness and fulfilment. The number of people who doesn’t know how to recognize, accept and deal with happiness is surprisingly bigger than you would imagine.

Due to my studies and graduation I am prepared and competent to offer a warm welcome and a safe and trustworthy environment for people who need or want to engage in therapy and counselling.

As a Psychologist and Coach, I have worked as a Sports Psychologist for the Cougars Rugby Club in Vinhedo, SP, Brazil in which I worked with motivation, group phenomena, individual and group importance and meaning – roles, frustration, limits, partnership, commitment, engagement, etc.

Throughout my career I have helped people develop their potentials and become empowered by Self Awareness and Choice.

People are always evolving and changing and my fascination by the great potential people have to accomplish extraordinary things showed me that people can become more that they ever thought they could be. That is what motivates me to be a Psychologist.

I worked for 6 months as a volunteer at The Horse Rangers Centre, just outside London in 2007, and in Brazil for 1 year and 6 months at Equitar Hippotherapy Centre in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I understand the difficulties disabled people face in their everyday life and particularly the difficulties and troubles their families have to deal with. For that, I developed a very particular approach and understanding.

I am a member of The BPS - British Psychological Society under the registration number: 374531.

I am also a member of the TPCA – The Person-Centred Association.

         Titles: BA, MBPsS.
